Hello, I am starting a thread for parents of US citizens filed January 2018 Filed: 1/22 Received: 1/23 PD 1/23 NOA 1 received: 1/30/2018 From what I have seen they are currently processing those applications filed July 2018 at least for those in the Texas Service Centers. I am worried about the new immigration bill if it gets approved in current state. i-130 for parents might be one of the categories eliminated but positive thoughts and hopefully we who have filed would be grand fathered in. I am trying not to get ahead of myself here but still worried. Filed for my mom, dad died years ago.
Hi fellow Visa Journey members. I wanted to find out if there are January 2018 Atlanta Field Office filers still awaiting an interview? I am a 10 year GC holder, I applied on Jan 10 2018 for naturalization. FP done on Jan 30 2018. Waiting ever since for interview. My online account states that we have reviewed your bio metrics and there is nothing for you to do for now. Unclear if this means I am in line for an interview or still stuck in background checks. Just a little info on my case. I have been living in the US since my parents moved here in 2003. I was 15. I am currently 30. I went to high school, college in the states. I was initially on H4 visa as a dependent on my parents work visa. And then switched to F1 for undergraduate studies. Married a US citizen in April of 2014, 10 year GC approved Jan 2018.
Hi everyone, I was hoping for some help from others who filed the I-129F. I am from the U.K with a U.S petitioner. I filed it on the 29th of December 2017 and got my receipt on the 5th of January 2018 and was wondering how long i have till i can expect a reply from USCIS. Has anyone had theirs approved from Dec/Jan yet? Also whats the next step stages for when this part clears? Thanks in advance
