Not true.  I got my wife a SSN before she ever became a LPR.

Exactly, it's the presidents fault, he was messing around with the Democrats and even his own party because Trump is completely clueless at all of this. They have Congress and the White House and for the first time in US history the government shuts down when one party is in complete control. Donnie is a loser!
