Yes.. and at what point do I hint at doing anything illegal? 

Voicing my opinion on wanting to help immagrants through legislation and/or executive actions is hardly against the TOS.

The TOS are fluid. Hit up a veteran if you need help. Until you have done your time in the hole and  purchased the Platinum membership go lightly.
