I'm on my third week of error as well and I've called abt 5 times already so far. I haven't received a call bk yet I'm just going to sit and wait it out. Looking back my NOA1 took forever to get delivered to me so maybe it's the same with this. I'm not worried (yet) lol just anxious I guess. I'm so ready for this process to be over. patience is not one of my strong suits.

I guess i will just wait also if they didn’t call me back.  But I really hope there’s a good side in our errors

I guess no one knows how to read anymore. I just posted it earlier but that would be too easy. Here it is again. Sigh I think I gotta go on hiatus again.

HERE: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

I feel ya. I don't know how many times I've explained this user-defined error but I come back here and still see the same question get asked over and over again. I always do some backreading before I ask something because most of the time, my questions have been asked by someone else before.

01/03/2018 - Sent AOS, EAD and AP packet

01/12/2018 - NOA1

01/19/2018 - Received NOA 1 hard copies

01/26/2018 - Received biometrics appointment letter

02/05/2018 - Biometrics schedule

02/26/2018 - "User-defined error" when tracking I-485 status

02/27/2018 - Called USCIS regarding tracking issue and was told that a request for interview letter was sent this day

(Tracking issue is due to a glitch that happens when a case is updated, usually when interview letter is sent - no fix for this atm)

03/05/2018 - Received AOS interview schedule

04/03/2018 - AOS interview (same day approval but not on the spot)

04/03/2018 - AP was denied

04/06/2018 - Green card was mailed to me

04/07/2018 - Received AOS approval notice in the mail

No offense, but I don't get why you even keep track of how long you've had this error. I have replied to you a few times about this and it seems like you didn't read any of it. They can't fix the error, so there is no point in counting how many days you've encountered this.

Also, we're in the same timezone but I never had trouble getting a callback. No matter what time you call, the queue for tier 2 reps will be long, and you'll almost always be asked if you want to schedule a callback. If you call in the morning or around lunch, wait time will probably be around 1 to 2 hours. I don't know what you did that got you that 3-day wait, but I suggest you call again, ask for a tier 2 rep and if they ask why, tell them you are getting the user-defined error. They'll transfer you right away. After this you'll be connected to the automated system that tells you all officers are busy. It'll ask if you want a callback and it'll tell you the timeframe. You'll then have to confirm your number and say your name. After that, you hang up and wait for the call. Of all the times I did this, I ALWAYS got the callback- sometimes within the timeframe, and sometimes just a few minutes to an hour late.

Just adding my experience bit! Just to let you know when they transfer you it goes directly to call bk it no longer give you wait times. Teir one tells you they're transferring you and once they do it directly tells you they'll call you bk. I've been waiting for a call bk since yesterday and haven't gotten one yet! Also I don't think Cherryblossom is counting hoping they'll fix it, more like hoping to get a letter or update soon at least that's why I'm keeping track of how long I've been unable to track. Mind you i'm not worried abt the error its just the not knowing part thats annoying🤷🏻

I tried to call multiple times and I can’t talk to tier 2. Not all can transfer besides it’s my first time waiting for a call back.  Maybe you just lucky enough.
