Has anyone tried to contact the NVC regarding their case, our scan date is 12/8/2017 and we have yet to hear anything. We know it could take up to 11 weeks, but on January 6th we got an email stating our DS-260 was missing (we submitted that 12/1/2017). I can never get a straight answer out of them,  I called once after 6 weeks to be sure the document is squared away and the woman literally said "It will take up to 11 weeks so stop worrying" and that was it. When I call I always something on the lines of no one really knows or feels like checking, (well did you submit the DS-260, when did you do that?....things like that)  I feel like for as long as we've been waiting they should at least know where our documents are. They're only doing their jobs but lately it has been getting very frustrating, does anyone have any suggestions?

There has been a glitch in their system where many ppl had that issue including me. They made a supervisor review request and they fixed the issue.

Question: I paid the AOS and IV fee (strangly they are not taken from the account but saying paid...)

But I have not got an AOS or IV bar coded cover sheet. When in the process will we receive that?

Once they show paid, you should be able to go to the fees tab in top of the page, then you should see the documents that has been processed. Choose it, and down at the bottom of the page, you should see some tabs where you can email the cover sheet or print it right away. If it doesnt show, then give it a couple of days as the system generates it.

Do we need to include the AOS and IV payment receipts as well as DS260 confirmation page into the package that goes to NVC, or all 3 documents are not needed to be send?

I did ... As additional documents ... you never know they might use it as a confirmation .... also printed them out for interview stage

Hey guys, I have a question.

So my spouse, the petitioner, does not reach the minimum income requirement so we need a joint sponsor which is going to be his mother.

The mother is not married and has a dependent child under the age of 21. My spouse has to fill out form I864 and so does the joint sponsor, right? Does anyone have to fill out form I864A?

I hope you guys can help me, especially those who got CC.

The question is , does your husband live with his monther. If the answer is yes then she should fill out i184A too , but if the answer is no then she should fill out just i184 . This is confirmed information. I have co-sponsor too !
