Hello how you are guys i m asad from Pakistan  i married with american citizen my ds260 already submit i have one question before 2 years i live in sudia arab 10 month  on work visa now i need sudia arab police clearance certificate  or not  i already have pakistan police clearance certificate please if anyone  know give me some info      email. <removed>

If you no longer reside in Saudi Arabia the certificate is waived as per the information regarding reciprocity agreement. As such, you aren't required to submit one.

I live saudiaarab 9 months one time nd again 3 months same visa so i think i not need  nd if i need did nvc request  for pcc or local US  embassy?

Except, since it isn't available, it isn't required.  The answers to these questions are often country specific.  If you don't know already, don't know how to check, or don't bother to check, you will mislead somebody unnecessarily.
