I think it will be a big issue in US Embassy if i filed a Fiancee visa after a filed a Spousal Visa before.

And maybe they will deny my Fiancee visa ?

So incase, same application is the best one to file right?

I am still wondering where you got married at in the first place was it in the Philippines or abroad?

I already filed annulment 2 years ago and just waiting for the decision

What to do if they deny me due to misinterpretation?

Where did you file annulment at, what province?

If they get you misreprentation then there is almost nothing you can do.

When is the last time you talked to your asawa?

I'm a little confused. You said you already applied for the annulment 2 years ago, but you said you didn't know you were married. So, that shows you knew you were married before you filed. Unless, I'm missing something? Or did you file for the annulment after finding out about it? What's been happening in the 2 years since?

She knew she was married.

She was not expecting the Consulate to know she was married.

What if i get Fiancee visa nxt time,

what if they ask me why i applied for

CR 1 last time and ddnt disclose my previous marriage?

U think they can deny me because of that

Did you actually attend an interview and talk to a consular officer?

On your CRBA application on the children - you filled it out and swore in and told the consular officer that you two were married?

Did you mention the previous marriage in the filed I-130, on the visa application before the interview, or at the interview?

She won't answer my questions about that. This is all weird to say the least and it sounds like American husband got mad and left her due to feeling betrayed

Do you know how bad having a consular officer acknowledge an invalid marriage in writing is for you?
