OP, why are you concerned about what an employer pays?  The employer must pay, not you.

It can't be done by that as it would open up all kinds of fraud/bribery. It should be based on your professional qualifications not your ability to help pay.

Because he/she trying to secure a H1B by paying the employer. Many small consulting firm do it. They try to get a H1B with secret agreement that the employee will pay back later. Also commission on the future earnings.

Is it possible? As I have been asked for some lawyer fee regarding documentation or petition probably or consultancy fee which probably borne by employee. Anyways, thanks for explaining it thoroughly and I should not go for any fee for that.

Not how it works, You get a job Employer picks up the costs what you need to check is that you get a decent relocation package.

I do hope you are getting it legitimately (very odd if the company asks you to pay/chip in for the process) and it is a legitimate thing (not a scam ).
