Post Decision Activity, getting anxious!

Hi there! I'm kinda new here and I was wondering if anyone has received something similar to this:

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

We mailed your document for your Form I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXX. If you do not receive your document by December 3, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

What does this mean? Does it mean we've been approved? Cos it doesn't say anything about approval so I don't want to get my hopes up but also don't want to be too anxious about it!

Any help would be appreciated!

It just means they received your application.  Nothing to do with an approval at all. Its the NOA2 that  you will be wanting. Which is still not an approval. The approval will come with the interview after the NOA2

So does that mean when we get approved, they’ll say “NOA2 sent” or something like that? Sorry for all the questions, just want to be sure!

Their timeline says they received a NOA1 in July. I don't think USCIS would send a second one out.

No, it will be similar to what you posted above, but I think it also usually says your petition has been approved. My memory is very rusty though on that part though.

Mine petition status changed to "post-decision activity" after it was approved.

But "post-decision" just means "we have made a decision". It doesn't indicate which decision USCIS has made.
