Anybody in November still not approved???

Yes,me and my husband .

Like 4 months we are still waiting response for RFE. We were calling to USCIS and send a letter to the ombudsman and nothing-still wait.

By the way congrats we are so happy for you.

Question?

Does I-864 original form is need it on the interview day?

The original I-864  was filed at NVC before the case our CC. My stepson keep telling my husband that is not necessary,  because only  the tax return and w2 forms are need it on the interview ,because  NVC already have the information. The interview date is next week.

Thanks!!
