The officer whom I was transfered to told me that previously, they seperated biometrics appointments for 2 applications (I765 and I485), however, most of cases right now are expedited with the only one biometrics. She advised me to just go to the appointment I was received, then step by step follow NOAs coming. She said some cases, if required, need to do twice for biometrics but very rare at this time. She asked me to rest assured as everything now is normal, if I receive an other biometrics, so let go. If not, I can understand the coming next week is for both. Phew, the feeling that you are so special under this matter is annoying though lol!!!

I love your profile picture hihi, cute  and I really hope to receive the second bio appointment as soon as possible before I go for the one next week as if these two require me to do bio things at the same place, I only need to go one time. It may take me an hour from home to there.

 

By the way, do any of you guys register for driver license in your state? I am going to have road test tomorrow afternoon

Awwww...Thank you  That picture was taken many moons ago. Haha! Oh I know, I hope you get your 2nd bio appointment notice to put you more at ease. 

 

I don't have to apply for a California DL or State ID, since I've acquired that a while back, but I was reading up on the requirements on getting a CA DL/ID and it's pretty extensive. https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/detail/dl/dl_info#BDLP I'm not sure about other States though. How's the DMV there in Virginia?

I checked uscis case status and from MSC1890143011 TO MSC1890153344 are not available. I called uscis on 11/14 and they got an error when my case numbers were entered. I called them back today and my case numbers were in the system. I still cant see them on uscis case status.

I passed DL test already  To get a DL in VA is not much hard I personally think, the most important in the road test is who will be your examiner haha. 

 

I still have not received my second bio. May be next week!!!

Yay!  I feel you, it really depends on the examiner too and I'm glad you passed. Now, you can go any where and every where. That should help ease the pain of waiting for this whole immigration process to be over. haha!

Hi everyone,

I had my biometric appointment today. It was really fast. I was scheduled to 3:00 and I got there at 2:35. At 2:50 I was already done. They just asked me  for my appointment letter and passport.

Now the real waiting begins. Hopefully it will be fast. What I more want right now is to get my work permit.

Is someone going to try to expedite the work card? I read that if you have a job offer is worth of the try.
