DCF for libyan citizen

Hello , 

i am a US citizen and my wife is libyan , I am preparing the paperwork for filling I-130 for both my wife and son ( 3 months old) , can anyone help on guiding us to the fastest route to get the visa for my family.

Are you in the US or in Libya? 

 

I don't think there's any fast way. Just CR1/IR1 which takes 12-14 months.

I heard that the embassy in Tunisia can accept the petition for libyan applicant , is that still applicable ?

You won't know unless you contact the embassy in Tunisia.

I contacted the embassy in Tunisia and they told me to check online for info ! , I told them that I am about confused about filling I-130 , when replied again to check online . I am really confused , when I checked online , I found that the embassy in Rome has the jurisdiction on libyan citizens. 

 

I would really appreciate if anyone had the same situation  shares his/her experience

There is no DCF from Libya.  What they mean by accepting the application in Tunisia is the visa application, not the petition for alien relative.  Start becoming an A-student of the I-130 instructions.  You will be filing by mail to either Chicago or Phoenix, depending on the State in which you reside.
