You're wrong (This can actually be fun and entertaining, who knew?)

And honestly no offense here but I'll trust a personal friend who went to Columbia law over this website for any legal matter.

Columbia is all the way down to #5, as far as law school rankings go.  My good friend went to Stanford, which is #2.  That is almost the same as the difference between Columbia Law School and that website.   Someone who has a friend who went to Yale Law School should chime in.

If you forget to mention the premeditated part to your friend, you may want to run it by him again.

He is fully aware of everything.  We had a 4 hour long conversation about it during a round of golf at Oakmont Country Club yesterday.

Haha hadn't realized Columbia had fallen to 5. Poor guys. I believe when he attended they were fourth.

I know someone from Stanford but I haven't spoken to him about it. Don't know anyone from Yale unfortunately.

Either way I'd still go with a personal friend I've known for the last decade than a forum, or a friend of a person on a forum. As I'm sure you would as well.

Not much more we can say on it at this point.

Yeah, it is practically like going to medical school in Venezuela at this point.  :jest:  I hope you know I'm just joking around.

I know :)

Only the lawyers themselves really care when it comes to top 5 or even top 10.

Similar deal in medicine.

It wasn’t premeditated.   It was a PTSD-related event sparked by disrespect to our anthem and a violation of US Code.  Didn’t do it on purpose, it just happened, Your Honor.

I hope you're seeking help for your problem ;)

I'm worried for your health and the health of those around you, so I'll take a settlement that includes inpatient psychiatric admission. :)

Of course I am.  I already have another super sized Coke in my possession!!  :jest:

Unfortunately you've proven that you can't "drink responsibly" so that will have to be confiscated.

You can drink out of sealed sippy cups only. To protect yourself and those around you.

It would be more believable if you hadn't discussed doing it online beforehand. Now you just turned a simple assault charge into perjury. Way to go.

I hope Jay's lawyer can chime in again and factor in the new charges.

Darn it.  My honesty and patriotism just painted me into a corner.  Fine.  I’ll just accidentally spill my coke on his seat cushion while he is kneeling.  It won’t be my fault he didn’t look before sitting back on the chair...

How do you improve upon one police officer singing the national anthem before game 6 of the World Series?  Bring in 4 of them to sing it before game 7.  MLB is trolling the NFL.
