Welcome, Meg! I hope things proceed smoothly for you, but bedrest!?! I don't know what Doctors are thinking sometimes. That works if you have no other kiddies, perhaps a cook and a housekeeper, but otherwise, I don't know what they expect you to do. The best you can, I suppose

 

Quiet around here for once, the MIL is out getting a manicure, and whatever other errands occur to her.

It's cold, even though the sun is out. Not meant to stay cold, but I guess I'd better get busy putting the garden to bed for the winter.

8 hours sleep. Man, would I really like to get that much.  Between the Husband's O2 concentrator racket, the dog off and on the bed all night, and the MIL's baby monitor, I get very little. And what I do get is broken. Legacy in part of shift work for years and years. No wonder I'm tired all the time, I'm tired full stop.

Thank you! And exactly. I can't even sit down for 2 minutes without "mom I'm hungry, mom so and so is hitting me, mom I'm thirsty, mom i fell" So trying to lay in a bed is just impossible.

I'm lucky to get 4 a night. I think it's catching up with me too. I would be drinking coffee like crazy if well I liked it. I can't stand the stuff.  It's also a new thing I'm selling and have no idea how I can market it when I hate hate hate coffee 

Since the kids are in school it's helped in me getting a bit more sleep. But not always 8 hours. I absolutely hate coffee myself. Can't even stand the smell. But oh how I love my southern style sweet tea. Sugary and caffeine. You can't beat it.
