Peace Be Upon You,

I have been married for almost ten years. I am an American citizen and I am petitioning for my husband. I have two boys who are both citizens. I have been living in Jordan with my husband. He has a ten year ban . A couple of years ago they put him under administrative processing. His ban is almost over. He has five months left insha Allah. His ban will be over on March 25,2018. He has no problems with the law. I just wanted to know if they will approve his Visa? I also want to know what I can expect from the interview, and how long will it take for them to Grant him the visa after the ten year ban is over.

No one can answer how long it will take since processing time depends on other things than just not having a ban anymore. Not having the ban, just means he is now eligible to move forward.
