AOS through marriage

Concurrent filing of I-485, I-130, and I-765

 

Forms sent 10/27 (with a money order and an official check)

Forms received by USCIS 10/30

I-797C Notice of Action (3 separate notices for each form) received in mail 11/13

 

Next step: waiting for biometrics appointment notice

 

My husband and I hope next remaining steps go in a speedy and smooth manner.

October filer getting EAD?  EADs are taking way over than 90 days....doubt that any Oct have gotten their EAD.

My I797 for EAD and AP both have a typo on my name. I Called them on 10/23 but till today it still says the SR wasn't assigned to be processed. I'm afraid they will never fix it and when my documents are approved they will come with the wrong name. 

 

P.s. I was stalking some cases on the Case Tracker app and there were Already October cases ready to be scheduled for interview and also a few AP approved.

Well, If you have already opened a case I would encourage you to wait a week more and see if you SR is forward to an agent or office. If not you can use the link for opening a new case.

Just wanted to be more specific regarding timeline. 

 

Concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, and I-765 through marriage 

 

Mailed the forms out 10/27/2017

Forms were delivered to Chicago 10/30/2017 at 6:55 pm 

Received & Priority Date for all the forms 10/31/2017

Notice Date 11/07/2017 (We didn't request e-notifications)

I-797C, Notice of Action in Mail 11/13/2017 (3 separate letters)

 

I signed up at USCIS.gov to check the status using receipt numbers, and it has been updated 11/09/2017.

For I-130 and I-765, the status: Case was received. 

For I-485, the status: Fingerprint fee was received.

I just had my biometrics done today. So, I'm a little iffy about being scheduled for an interview, or EAD,  and AP approved soon, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

5. Did not use Atty to file papers

7. Use FedEx with signature required

8. Filed AP, AED, 131, I-485

9. California fillers

 

*10/29/2017 : Mailed packet

*10/31/2017: packet received

*11/07:2017:NOA at 9pm via  text  “Case was received” 

*11/08/ 2017: money cashed out

* 11/09/2017: receipt available online

*11/13/2017: 3 receipt received 

*11/14/2017: 1 receipt arrived
