I know how you feel I'm depress all the time this is driving me grazy, I tried not to feel this way but it is very hard, and I wish I could go and live with my husband but we can't afford it life in my country is to expensive, and also I don't want to loose my job, honestly sometimes I don't know what to do, and when I feel this way I hurt my husband because I call him and yell at him for anything I know is not his fault but sometime I feel helpless.

Keep in mind that the Visa process is just a very small part of your story...soon you'll be starting a whole life together (L)

I might do well to take the previous advice and stop checking this web site and uscis' every 5 seconds...

A therapist will help with learning new coping techniques . Join a gym

and wok out and surround yourself with supportive friends you can go to the movies with or have dinner. (F) :energetic: :goofy:

I do the gym thing. Everytime I'm feeling really down or frustrated, I go to the gym for a run and to work out all my frustration. I've now lost 14 pounds and am probably in the best shape of my life, all thanks to this darn visa process. So, although I miss my love completely, I guess there is some good that came out of it :P And the adrenaline from the workout always makes me feel better and less depressed.

Hang in there!!!

Best wishes,

Karoline
