Have you submitted an inquiry with USCIS yet? You are outside normal processing times at this point. You really should have whomever is the petitioner call USCIS and have them start an inquiry.

Yes we submitted an inquiry, always same thing, on February 15 we accept your form....

and yes my fiancé call them and they say you have to wait.

nothing just waiting.

Have your fiance call and talk to tier 2. They currently list processing March 1st NOA1 date. It means you are now outside normal times. Tier 2 can do a lot more for you.

Yes, she spoke today and they said you have to wait for the inquiry and was very rude, so confused.

Ok, an electronic inquiry can be submitted on the USCIS website at this point as well. Just have to select case outside normal processing times.

Well good luck, sorry you got hit by this. The randomness of the entire process is certainly frustrating. You have some people finished in 160 days with the entire thing then you sitting at 222 days with nothing.

I was a Jan 17th filer and just this Friday received an RFE, I had made 2 inquiries both saying the basic generic answer that it will be processed in the order its received. It wasn't unitl I contacted my local congressman did I than receive and RFE. Now the RFE came already and the Congressman hasn't gotten back to me yet, but I was very persistent calling his office and he actually called or inquired twice about it. Than a few days later after 8 months I get an RFE, maybe coincidence but I think it was definitely influenced by his presence.
