Got the noa1 and noa2 for biomatric appointment within a week, my appointment  was on 25th of august Since my biomatric date i check my status online every single day which freaks me out sometime! If anyone of you can realate to this plz guide me what should i do ! How long it will take to get a response from them? My field office is in Philadelphia PA and Can i call uscis and ask them about my case! Or i have to wait till they get back to me ?

You really just have to be patient and wait it out.  There are alot of variables to processing times..adjudicator work pace, local field office processing times, NBC processing times, etc.

If your case is chosen for interview it will be sent to your local field office and you will receive notice for an interview appointment.  If interview is waived your case will remain at NBC and will be processed from there.

When you get a chance update your profile "Filed for" to Adjustment of Status.
