Faxing Additional Information for Expedite Request

Hi guys, just a quick question.

USCIS sent me a letter mail requesting additional information for my expedite request. I am overseas and it is so poor here they don't have fax. One office that did said that they cannot fax to US.

So I am left with 3 options.

1-Travel to another city until I find a fax service

2-Have someone from the US fax the additional information for me

3-or try an electronic faxing service? Anyone have any experience with this option?

What do you think is best for me to do?

Thank you.

I use HelloFax (www.hellofax.com) that is how I faxed my evidence for expedite on AP. First 5 pages are free.

thank you. I am using this right now but it says "FAXING TO ... " and it has remained like this for about 10 minutes. How long does it take for it to go through? I had 18 pdf pages.

Sorry, just saw this. Speed will depend on your internet speed. 18 pages is a lot. As long as you paid for the extra pages just leave it to do its thing. You typically will get an email once it's faxed.  I have never waited more than 10 minutes between fax and email notification.

it's been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting. Have you sent something as long as 18 pages before?

Yes I've sent more than 18 at once but it didn't take that long. When you hover over your name at the top right it should tell you how many pages were used and that is a good indication if it's gone or going through. HelloFax has never caused problems.
