Event Description

Embassy Review : Process today was very fast. Showed up about 30 minutes before scheduled interview. I was called in by the officer 15 minutes before scheduled time. We talked for about 20 minutes. He asked me questions on the I-485 and documented my answers. I provided any updated documents such as Tax transcript for this year and more evidence of bona fide marriage. He also asked what my husband and I did on the weekend, how and where we met. Asked about kids. I was led out to waiting room and he called in my husband. Within 10 minutes my husband appeared, IO smiled and said have a great day. We walked out and my husband proceeded to tell me my AOS was approved. About and hour and a half after leaving We received text notification that card was being produced.

IO, was very nice but to the point. Felt comfortable the whole time.
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
