Hello guys I need help.

After few days in US i got my fiance cheating on me at the night before our marriege. It is a nightmare I never predict. He was always saying: Come here ! I love you more than anything ! I don't know if he is a pscycho. I had my life destroyed. No carreer, car, everything destroyed. Not only that, he got me a desease I am having hard time to cure. He just say sorry, it happens. Bye. I am back to my country. I am in desperation. What can I do legally to make him fix this? I was a K1 visa.

What are you trying to fix? If he cheated on you, gave you a disease and emotionally and or physically harms you, you should end the relationship. Are you back in your home country now? If so there is nothing more than needs to be done other than cutting contact with him. You never married him, so he doesn't have a legal obligation to support you. If you left the within the 90 day time frame, it shouldn't have any effect on any future travel to the USA.

If you are going through the visa process and will be interviewing in Casablanca, Morocco, join us over at the

Sorry you are going through this.  It sounds like a nightmare, like you said.

I don't know what resources might be available in your country, but you might seek counseling or support groups for people who have been badly treated by an intimate partner.  Perhaps also for people with STI's (sexually transmitted infections).  I know it seems that he should make things right for you, since you gave up everything to be with him, but it's probably an uphill battle to hold him accountable legally, especially when you are in another country. Making your healing, both physical and emotional, your first priority, is probably a better choice in the long run.

Best wishes.

The night before your marriage (wedding) ? So did you go through with the wedding and are you married ?

If no then get counseling for yourself and move on.
If yes, you are married then divorce, get counseling and move on.
There is nothing you can do to fix "it" legally.
