Casa defineitly does look at why he is speaking to a married woman no matter she is separated for a long as the other said, it is an issue

and not only is the 2 other visas an issue but anything over 2 divorces is an issue in casa

not just a hard embassy but  almost impossible in this case

wishing her well but should go there and marry and live a responble time to show the marriage will work

No the other two were not Moroccans but they were from surrounding countries. She feels bad that she is going to be judged but she mad bad decisions and all she is doing is looking to end the cycle. In both marriages she noticed the changes as soon as they arrived in the US but she tried to make it work. The first husband was talking to other women and the second husband did not like the fact that her mom and son moved into the home. That's another story but truly she has good intentions

The solution to ending the cycle is not getting remarried. especially to men from other countries.

She might have the best intentions, however I can see how the consulate will have trouble trusting her judgment.
