Just checked my case numbers for fun, and my case number for my EAD says its in production as of yesterday (Nov. 15th), a week before my interview with USCIS. Is this normal?

Either way, I’m jazzed!

Most likely they were already doing all the processing before your interview got scheduled, so they didn't get to stop the process...Happened all at the same time..Not a bit deal, just sucks that they put that energy on your EAD when you should get your green card so quick now :D.

I hope I get as lucky as you..I got pretty unlucky in the K1 process so I could use some for this.

Hey Guys

hows everyones EAD applications going, this is my current status, very frustrating till yesterday, i found the SRs to be useless untill my congress raised it for me

My file date was July 26th for EAD.

I raised an SR on day 75, got ignored

My attorney raised a 2nd SR for me which was completed in 6 days, still didnt change my status.

On Monday Tier 1 officer raised a 3rd SR for me and my Local Congresswoman enquired for me, yesterday my status changed to New Card is Being Produced

I was impressed with the EAD card too!
Congratulations on the interview date, that would be a nice present. Best of luck.
We had our interview today and were approved! The IO was very professional, nice, and gave us good information for the next steps (ROC).

 Congratulations guys!

Glad to see some August filers are getting their cards and interviews. I just hope to hear something from mine.  From what I heard CT office is really slow and I'm really anxious to start working. Also now when I try to check my cases online brings an error.  So idk if it is their server or there's something wrong with mine.

I really want to hear something from USCIS soon. It's so depressing all the wait.

I had that same error for Tuesday night and most of Wednesday this week, which leads me to believe that they're having some server issues. I wouldn't worry too much about that, but I really hope you have some news soon! I found it very hard to be not working, and I'm sure it'll take a while to find a job from this point too. We'll all get there in the end!

Congrats!

What was the interview like, and what happened when you were approved? Did you receive your green card right there or do they send it to you?

I’m just wondering what to expect next Wednesday for my interview in northern Mass.

ROC = removal of conditions, if you've been married for less than two years when you go through AOS, you're given a conditional greencard. After two years, you go through ROC to have those conditions lifted. :)

Thank you! Our interview lasted about 30 minutes. Our interview notice and ID were checked first of all. The IO went through the I-485 form and asked questions based off that. Also asked about how we met. They went through the yes/no questions towards the end of the form (if you filled out the new version of the I-485 then there are quite a few). There was no issue with my medical (I didn't send the I-693, only a copy of the DS-3025, and I was a bit worried). At the end, we were told about the approval, and that the card should arrive in the post in a few weeks. I've checked the USCIS status and it's been updated.

Also, as for the co-mingling evidence, we didn't have a huge pile - we gave evidence of our joint bank account and recent bank statements, joint health and life insurance, and a joint utility bill. They didn't look through all of our relationship photos, though I did take along a folder. Before leaving the IO explained about the ROC process, encouraged us to learn my rights as a greencard holder, and explained about returning the EAD card when the new one arrives. Hope that helps! Best of luck in your interview. :)

So you’re asked to return the EAD? Should be interesting as mine is hilariously still being produced and on the way.

Hope you guys celebrated well!

Thank you! Is that the priority date? I don't have one on recent paperwork connected to AOS, just one from the original I-129f?
