If you did a service request through the website you most likely won't get a reply back. Last time I called I was told the 90 day processing time is no longer in effect. They will only look into your case if it's over current processing time, which at the moment is set at May 10th (They haven't updated it and we know that this is incorrect as August filers have most of their through). If you fill out a request online and it's not past the processing time stated on the website they won't even assign it. Same with if you call on the phone, they won't assign it because it's not past current processing time at the moment.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. :)

Which chat feature did you use? As far as I know USCIS doesn't have a live chat option. Now you've got me wondering if I can get around the service request loophole too 🤣

I'm definitely going to try that. I've been hitting a brick wall with service requests. It won't even let me make one online now. 🤣

So guys, I've either done soemthing genius or stupid. Only time will tell 🤣 So as of yet I havent managed to file a SR for my AP, so in my desperate attempt to find out ANYTHING at all, I remembered that after 90 days you can file a SR for your EAD. I've managed to file one tonight. Now this could all go very very wrong and they get on my case and send me a card without an AP or it could go very right and they could send me a combo card. I've seen a few posts now where people have done an SR on their EAD and recieved a Combo card, so fingers crossed for me. Desperate to see my family this Christmas :(
