I think they extended funding for the Choice program yesterday or Monday if I remember, which is a good thing. If you don't what it is then let me elaborate for you. The Choice program is something for Veterans if they can not be seen by the VA within a 30 day time frame or within a certain mileage. Then the VA has a choice of sticking the VA or be seen by a outside Private doctor paid for by the VA. I have used it before and it was ok, but what this is designed for is the Vets that literally live 100 miles from the nearest VA hospital/clinic or can't be seen for 3 months(Yes, I had it happen to me).

If you're a veteran, you should be able to go to any hospital, clinic, and ER in this country, get any treatment you need, be treated like royalty, and never hear the word bill or payment. On the contrary, the hospital staff should line up to thank you for your service and salute you on your way out. That is #MAGA in action, in my book.

Vast majority of those jobs are at or near minimum wage service sector jobs. 

 

Coal mining = unskilled manual labor career work.

 

I'd choose the coal mining jobs over everything on that list above it.
