Yes, the status change was on the USCIS portal. But last week I reveived my approval notice on the mail that said it was sent to the Dept of State and to wait 30 days to contact..

Yes, they always say to wait 6 weeks, but its usually received and entered before then. I started calling after 2 weeks, and called once a week until they had my case and invoice number

October 31, 2016 I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

November 4, 2016 Received text case sent to Nebraska

November 10, 2016 Received Hard copy of NOA1

May i ask how you were able to get passport photos without using fedex lol

Hell yeah..just need to pay my iv fee and summit my ds260 and am set i hope the process doesnt take long

How come the IV fee and the AOS fee cant be paid at the same time? Seems like AOS comes first from what I've seen

We paid the AOS on Friday but the status wasn't changed from "in process" to "paid" until this until this afternoon. IV  says "pay now" but it's still not allowing us to. We are mailing off the package tomorrow

He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.

Idk in my thing it says pay now but they havent invoiced me yet for it (iv fee)

Ah it wasnt requested in my cover letter..did you need to send it? & if they did need it i had some extra from when i summited my petition

I am still waiting on my husband to send me his copy of his bio page for his passport, so we arent ready to send it yet, ah let me look

He is slowing us down uffff
