5 years in the Swedish Army. During my training we were 50% women 50% men. I'm a woman and I did great. So no idea what you're talking about.

Who's talking about the Swedish military though? No one. They're just as irrelevant as the Canadian military. That's why they have the time to play games with this trivial stuff.

So you're basically saying that American women are weak? Seriously?

And what does Sweden know about combat again?

Plenty.

Yes, of course. I'm saying women are weak, transgenders have no right to serve in the military.. anything social justice material you can make up to avoid directly addressing the issue.

And "plenty". lol.

In Israel's defense.. they need all the help they can get with what's around them. Also an asterisk as you likely did mandatory service(note that even then women have different rules than men), and women are required to serve as well. Quite a bit different from an all-volunteer military force.

The others, well..  Canada and Sweden are two countries that have it incredibly easy. No one takes their military seriously.

What's concerning for me, living in Canada, is Canada's utter lack of ability to defend itself and its absolutely massive span of land, air, and sea. While its foreign policy of primarily being peacekeepers and aid providers is commendable (more of this approach I think would benefit the US), it won't be in the least bit of help when (not if) someone decides they want what Canada has.

The Swedish military. OMG world wide feared lethal force . I wonder if the Swedish military has ever fired a shot in anger

I'm sorry what information are you basing this on, other than your own ignorance?

PS calling people ignorant is not very nice. Its almost like a personal attack.

Canada doesn't need a strong military, neither does Mexico. Nothing is going to happen to either of those countries without the US getting involved.
