Preparing a K1 visa Tips?

I am beginning to prepare k1 visa docs for my fiance from Peru to come live in NY.  We have been in a solid relationship

for 3 years and have all the proof of it.  Any tips for me as I begin this process?

You will need pictures , plane tickets , hotel recipts . You will also need to write a story on how you guys met and an Intent to marry letter from each one of you guys , also records of conversations over the phone as WhatsApp screen shots , Skype screen shots that show the date and the length of the conversations . Good luck with everything ! If you have proof and your significant other is healthy and has a clean record with the police in his country in 6 months you will have your loved one with you !
