Hi July filers - question for you.  The petitions for my mom and dad have been approved and now we are preparing for NVC stage. Do we need to send photographs of the beneficiaries to NVC alongwith all the documents or do they need to take their photographs only to the visa interview at the consulate?

What tests are included as part of Medical? Does having pre exisiting conditions a concern?

chest x-ray, blood test, urinalysis, visual acuity, physical exam and history of immunization. It depends on what pre existing condition, if it is tuberculosis and hasn’t been treated then it would be a concern.
