Guys, 

 

I'm tracking my documents it should be delivered today but it says that it was refused/ 

 

 

I sent my documents to this address: 

 

National Visa Center
Attn: DR
31 Rochester Ave. Suite 100

I did for my parents and yes I put my name on preparer. I learned one thing from immigrant process is to be honest. Just tell them the truth. And explain to them why.

 I think you should check with your carrier (ups, usps, fedex,...) and see why does it refused.

My package was not thick I didn't include federal return cause I got IRS transcript. You think it might be the reason?

I don’t think it is a reason. Because sometimes people send in RFE and it is not thick at all. What carrier did you use?

It is weird. You should call and confirm with usps the reason of refusal.

Looking at the tracking...it was delivered after office hours. 

 

I will check again the tracking updates tomorrow before I call.

Hi, what else did you mailed to the NVC beside the IRS? I think, I already gave them a copy of my birth cert. and my mom when I filed the Form I-130...

Go to this website nvc.state.gov

they list all the documents and steps you need to do. Good luck
