Update guys! 

 

I just finished my DS260 - it is now completed. 

 

I'm gonna review again all the documents  I need to send to NVC.

Hi,    I have been looking for July 2017 Filers of I-130 for Parents of the U.S citizens but I cannot find one.    I sent the application July 14 and I got a notification from USPS

I called today and got my NVC case number and Invoice ID but they told me is still in the process of inputting in their system, so I should wait for few days.

Yes! Good luck to all of us. I'm hoping my mom will be here before the end of the year.

Congratulations!!!! How long did it take in total since u paid the iv fees? And did u call them or sent an enquiry?

 Mine still shows in process but I paid on last Saturday.  Also is it possible to print the ds260 confirmation page later after filling cause I am going on holiday tomorrow and don't know if I will have a printer available.

I paid the IV Fee on March 29. I did not call or send an inquiry.

Yes. You still have an access to check and print.

Ok so exactly one week. I think mine will be Saturday or Monday hopefully.

NVC RECEIVED: FEB 15 2018

CASE #: MAR 21 2018

DS261: MAR 24 2018

AOS PAY: MAR 27 2018, "PAID" MAR 29 2018

IV PAY: MAR 29 2018

SD: APR 05 2018

CC: APR 17 2018

I finally got my mom's petition approved today (yay!). PD August 10, 2017, approval date 4/02/2018. 

 

I have been searching here on many topics to see what the next NVC stage is, can someone please explain in a very short version what happens next? Do I just wait for NVC to contact me via email or wait for instructions, pay for visa, submit form I-864? If someone can just give a very short explanation of the next stage (or a link where I can find it) I will greatly appreciate it. Also, how long does the last stage usually take until the visa is in the passport. Thank you!

i finally got my parents Approval letter today!!! (omg! im so happy... been worried bout the case because of the RFE) 

 

@Lane O what is the next step after receiving the approval letter? and thank you...

OUR I-R1 Journey

2010-05-25 – receives ds-3032 / I – 864

2010-05-25 – pays I – 864 bill

2010-06-09 – receives I – 864 package

2010-03-16 – receive IV bill

2010-03-16 – pay IV bill online

2010-03-18 – nvc received payment “paid”

2010-08-16 – hubby send me ds-230 forms

2010-08-20 – send ds-230 forms and civil documents at nvc through lbc

2010-09-03 – nvc receives ds-230

2010-09-18 – case completed!

2010-10-18 – medical completed - PASSED! (october 18 and 19, 2010)

2010-11-04 – interview @ 6:30am US Embassy Manila, Philippines - VISA APPROVED!!!!!

2010-11-04 - VISA RECEIVED

My baby’s CRBA journey....

2010-08-03 – call air 21 for the delivery of the crab forms

2010-08-04 – air21 deliver’s the forms

2010-08-05 – 2010-08-05 to 2010-08-19 completed the forms and required documents, except

for hubby’s tax and employment records

2010-09-17 – hubby mail his tax and other documents needed through USPS

2010-09-24 – receives hubby’s mail

2010-09-24 – call air 21 for pick –up

2010-09-28 – air 21 pick up the documents

2010-10-21 – CRBA Interview @7:30am US Embassy Manila, Philippines =- PASSED!!!!

2010-11-02 - Receives my daughter's US Passport and Certificate of Citizenship!!!

We just followed whats on the letter, it says to wait for 30 days and if after 30 days still no update from NVC then you call them. 

 

I called them like 3 times before I was able to get my case number and invoice id. 

 

Once you have the case num and the invoice id then go to this link: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

 

You will pay the AOS and IV fees. All the instructions are there once your case is available in the system.

@Lane O my ds260 opened yesterday and I filled it. My documents were received on Thursday. When should I call and ask about my scan date? What about you. What' your scan date?

@LaneO, Tkim,  - Quick question - did you assist your beneficiary with filling out the DS260? Or are your beneficiaries (whoever you have filed petitions for) filling these in themselves? It seems like a very long form and if you assisted, did you put in your name in the Preparer of Application section?
