N400/ n652 difficulties

Hi to everyone I'm new to the forum and not sure if posting in the rite area (but if not please guide me )

i applied for n400 and went to my interview last week  and most of it went smoothly I passed both tests, but the officer said that she needed to see the compliant to my divorce and the answer to the complaint. And I didn't have those I did have my certified divorce but she said she needed to see the complaint and answer, so I got a n652 stating that I passed both testes and that a decision couldn't be made

so io said that a letter stating what I have to send in will be mailed to me in 1-2 weeks but to start looking for those bc I would have a 30 day deadline . So my question is has anyone here experienced being asked for complaint and answer to complaint ? While in the process of n400 , what I'm worried about is that  I got my green card thru marriage and we now are divorced (her decision not mine ) I got my 10 year greencard in 2014 and my divorce was on dec 21 2015

now on the the compliant to the divorce my ex stated that we were separated since 1/1/14 (so divorce would be faster I believe )

I recived my 10 yr green card on or about 10/25/14

so im worried that by sending this in will make things worst

so has anyone experienced something similar or what advice do u give me ?? I'm applying under the 5 yr rule so I didn't think these would effect me so I'm I better off not responding to it what would happen if I don't ?? Or what are my options.

Thanks in advance and any help will greatly be appreciated srry for such long post

If you don't respond to the RFE and just ignore it, your application will be denied flat out because USCIS will determine that you "abandoned" your application.  This is not a possibility of determination..it's a done deal, no citizenship.

you should have sent in the divorce decree with the application, even though you are filing under the 5 year rule, you put that you are divorced now

so you have to send a copy of the divorce decree with the application, since you didn't they are requesting it now, if you don't send it, as said you will be denied

I did send in the copy f divorce with my n400 application and I also had a certified copy from the court house the day of the appointment but what there asking for is the complaint to divorce and the answer to the compliant not the divorce decree its self

Do u think I would be better off sending the documents in or is there a possibility they can revoke my current green card ??

Go to the courthouse and get a court-certified copy of the Complaint and Answer for your divorce and send it? You're allowed to naturalize and be divorced.
