Ours is the same. We have the hard copies in hand. I don't think it means its not being processed, its likely just a computer glitch or someone probably has been able to enter them as of yet.

😀 Yes , it might be glitch or so. I tracked 500 cases using the USCIS case tracker there are lots of invalid codes, for sure its all  EAD cases

Hello @Nowrya! I remember you from K1 November 2016 filers thread. The answer to your question is 3 years since the date of your marriage. It's explaind on USCIS site https://www.uscis.gov/n-400. Look at Naturalization Eligibility Worksheet.

Hi there, yeah I'm back! And thanks so much for the source! I looked over the Naturalization Eligibility Worksheet and see it is 3 years since the marriage.

But even better "naturalization applicants may file their applications 90 days before they have satisfied the 'continuous residence' requirement". So I guess it is 2 years and 9 months.

K3 is obsolete, for all intents and purposes it no longer exists. CR1 is the option they want. Even if they applied for K3, it would get denied and automatically converted to a CR1.

I decided to file AOS myself and have some open questions. Is there anyone that is going through the process and want to work together? Please send me a note on salshil.shilpi@gmail - It will get easier if I can work with other on the same boat. I was worried that my application had been rejected or got lost, so I called today and they said they just have not processed it yet. I'm a little jealous of other peoples timelines, but it will be all good!!

 

July 10th - Mailed to Chicago Lockbox

July 12th - Signed for at Chicago Lockbox

July 24th - Called for update and said they have not begun to process my application yet, call back after 4 weeks.

I wouldn't worry too much, it's just the first step. I know my local Baltimore office is known to take 9-12 months to process the AOS to green card approval. Your local office might process in a third of the time. Everyone's time line will change dramatically during the process

Oh my I'm sorry! It will be alright, they might have just told you to call back in 4 weeks but it'll be processed faster than that, I don't think they would want to give you a definite date. Good luck!

So some news. My biometrics letter was sent out two days ago. I know this because I called USCIS and spoke to a tier two officer to see what would happen in the instance that I was away during the appointment date (we're on vacation in California for two weeks in August). We're in the Outerbanks right now but the letter should be there when we get home, and I can just do a walk in. Failing that I have an infopass appointment set up for the 2nd August at the Philadelphia field office which also acts as an Application Support Center.
