You can create July 2017 filer spreadsheet, using the spreadsheet from June.

1. Go to your google drive.

2. Click shared with me on the left

3. Right click on the June 2017 spreadsheet and select make a copy  

4. Rename the copy to July 2017 and delete the contents within the June spreadsheet

5. Share the file with everyone and copy the shareable link and update July filers.  

 

That's what I did, creating the spreadsheet for June 2017 ROC filers - used May 2017 spreadsheet

I don't know what to tell you...  for some reason it's on MY "drive",  so definitely I can get in to  this, but I'm not sure about others...- it should've been on that person's "drive" who made the copy of  June spreadsheet.. But it would be ok with me, to have it on MY "drive" - as long as everybody have access to the spreadsheet...

If those 5 steps I provided were done correct, everybody should be able to get in and make changes...

 

I see the spreadsheet has that "sharing" end.. So, it should work for everybody.

Thanks for catching that, Mimikado. Can you try now? Ksenia, I'm not too familiar with Google Docs but when I go to the file it says "MY Drive" as well, not anyone else's...so I don't know who the file actually "belongs" to? Your 5-step instruction seemed to work great, I just had to change the editing permissions...

Maybe, we both now have it, on our both "drives", lol : Probably, this is how it supposed to be - I've never asked May 2017 filer, who created the spreadsheet for May filers, which I copied.. Maybe it's also "seen" by that person as well.

And as I've  mentioned  before - everything looks really good to me, you did great!!!  and the "end" of the file has the right ending - "sharing".. So, should work for everybody..

 

 

P.S. I also had to re-set my settings at the beginning...I wish people started filing the spreadsheet out, letting you know how it goes...   :

I'm assuming only admin can pin...in the meantime I figured I'd just put it in my signature so people see it whenever I post. Hopefully people can track it down!
