Her is the "steps" how I've reached a Ttier 2 .. or at least someone "alive" to speak with

1. Call 1 800-375-5283

2. Yes, press 1 for English.

3. DO NOT press 2. You don't have your NOA1, plus - even if you had, the system wouldn't not recognize that anyway. It needs to be your ASC Notice Recipe # . So, listen to the end. There will be an option, the last one before "repeat "  - for any other questions press star key. This IS your option.

3. After "long robot speech"  press 4 "to reach services for LPR"

4. then 1 - again  "to reach services for LPR"

5. press 3, then 2..

Usually after that "a human" picks up the phone. They are contractors and don't have a real access to your case. Just let them know that you didn't receive anything, and the only way to check if there is something scheduled for you - to use your A#.. e.  After that,  if you are lucky enough, you can ask them to transfer you to a Tier 2 Immigration Officer due to your certain circumstances... Sometimes it works and you get transferred, sometimes  - does't. Very often it works after numerous calls - depends on a person who answers you first...

It's so frustrating to not know what's going on and where you are AT....

Wish you all the best!!!

Hey,  i called and it went through.  Thank you. As you said,  not helpful at all. The lady i spoke to just said,  wait until 30 days. 😣

I think this is the only thing they are trained well  - to give people this  awesome "30 days answer"  -  But I'm glad you've tried.

If nothing till Aug.11, now you know how to reach them... And hopefully next time you call you'll get someone really helpful!!@

Good luck !!

True that.. they are well trained to give the same answer.

I will wait,  but my greatest fear is if they sent to my previous address. You know some people  can be malicious, and hide the most important mails. Well i changed the address online but i did it late. The purpose of calling was to verify that they mailed back, so i can go to the previous address which is accupied by a close family member whom we don't relate well.

Good thing is i filed early in our 90 days window.

I would say around 10 days, from the date you received your NOA.

Just realized that I only sent a copy of the front of my current green card and not the back. Do you guys think they will send my package back? My green card expires Aug 10th so I am cutting it really close.

Potentially, but I sent everything I could find to support my case.

Unfortunately, I don't have a lease, a mortgage, deed, rent, powers of attorney, wills or kids; so I tried my best however I could to avoid an interview and that RFE.

The house is paid in my wife's name cars paid and we never set up wills or hospital stuff. We are mid 30 and didn't think those things matter yet.

This is for those who file in California.

According to the spreadsheets, no one filing in Vermont has yet received Bio appointment.

I don't think they will send it back. You might just get an RFE which should be an easy fix.  Please update us.  Hope everything goes well.
