I did, no special characters on file name, and try uploading in the morning because the website is less crowded.

When I try to attach scanned evidence documents, I get an error " You cannot upload more than 5 files at once."

Has anyone had this and how did you upload more than five documents?

You can't upload more than five at a time

Let me clarify - I'm unable to attach more than 5 files. When I try to attach a sixth file, I get the error...

Even if I attach five, then save, and then try to attach more, it doesn't let me.

after you upload 5, take a look at the bar above it says " children, criminal record, civil record, eligibility, information" something like that (the previous tabs you finished before you got to the EVIDENCE tab, click on one of them and you will see "saving process" I believe, ....then you will just back to your Evidence Tab and upload again and it will work perfectly

This worked, thank you! Now I have a bunch of duplicates, but at least I uploaded all my files!

Phew, not just me! I ended up with a bunch of duplicates too, but I figured hey, better duplicates than missing stuff!

Hey guys, So I remember back when I filed in november 2017, there was people with their process getting done in 4-6 months... My stuff went by pretty fast until biometrics done in december something, once that got done, I got already 3 different online updates saying '' we've reviewed your case and there are no actions at this time''

People used to say that when you got done with biometrics interview notice would come pretty fast, did the process slow down again?

Thanks!

That’s always the longest wait. Look at my timeline, I was one of the last August filers to get an interview notice. But then became one of the first to get an oath letter. The gap between biometrics and interview will always be the longest wait.

Hello everyone

I am considering filling my application online soon ( little bit afraid of all the glitch though !)

So I have set up my account online but they are asking me  for my number from  "Department of State (DOS) Case ID"

I googled it and it said it is on the visa or on our immigration summary, I have none of those and never needed them until today.

So my question is the following: Can I successfully apply for the citizenship online without providing this DOS ID?

Thank you for your help
