how good is my case? Married first trip back again for wedding

Should i bring any new evidence to the interview that i didn't send in at the uscis stage. when i sent the I-130 we didn't have a ceremony and decided we would have at a later date because me and my wife both wanted to have a wedding where we were both catholics and we would get the sacrament of matrimony because i had to take RCIA classes to obtain my sacraments. We will have a bunch more new evidence because i'm also currently again in vietnam. Any Advice to what we should do?

I met my Wife online on Anygram and we started talking as friends which was April, 21 2015 we sent letters often and used facebook and whatsapp to communicate we also called eachother. we became boyfriend and girlfriend june 2, 2015 and we started dating, we communciated everyday. I decided and told her that i wanted to see her and spend some time with her in her country. so December 15, 2015 i bought my first plane ticket to vietnam and would arrive june 29, 2016 and stay 59 days, i stayed with her and her family in their house. We spent all our time together and spent alot of time with her family. i decided that i wanted her to come to the usa on a tourist visa to meet my family but sadly that didn't happen die to not strong enough ties which is a common refusal 214b and this was august 1. so after she was denied i decided that i would just stay till the 90 days on my visa was up. i bought another flight and really didn't want to leave her because we became really close. we took trips through out Vietnam from dalat, cuchi, Saigon, Vung tau  and tan an. i decided on august 26, 2016 that i wanted to marry her and proposed to her in front of her parents. so we started the paperwork because i know there would be alot because im from a different country. so on september 23, 2016 we got legally married by vietnamese law and got our marriage certificates. i left vietnam on september 29, 2016 and vowed that i wanted to spend the rest of my life with her it was really sad leaving her at he airport and her family we all cried. so coming December, 2016 i sent her I-130 in. me and wife also decided that we wanted a catholic ceremony but i was not a catholic only baptized so i decided that i would take RCIA classes so me and my wife can get our sacraments of matrimony. January 3 i purchased my second flight and decided that i would stay 80 days from may 11- july 31 or more depending if i have to extend to stay for her interview. On april 15th i was confirmed and recieved holy communion and spoke with my priest and filled out paperwork with him regarding our marriage and my grandma also signed a affidavit on my behalf i think these religious papers are good evidence because they also bear my churches seal. we decided June 4, 2017 we would hold the wedding. I'm currently here now in Vietnam doing alot of immigration stuff and i want her to come back with me. i just want to know if i have a strong case and i'll also be at her interview and we have lots more new evidence.

 

 MY CASE

 1. Me and my wife are only 3.5 years apart

 2. She can read and write and speak english have about 30 letters from her brought them with me for the intrerview

 3. Have religious documents from my church stating were getting married and my grandma signed a affidavit 

 4. Married first trip but stayed 3 months which was September 23, 2016, we known each other since April 21, 2015

 5. I have New Evidence. Wedding Photos, Flight Tickets, Honeymoon trip, Photos of us and family

 6. I'll be attending the interview 

 7. Second time visit will total 170 Days Together 

 

 

Evidence in my case when i sent I-130 in

1. Photos of us together plus me and my wife holding or marriage certifcates

2. 3 month visa to vietnam

3. western Union receipts

4. hotel itinerary in vietnam 

5. plane ticket itinerary 

6. Letters from beneficiary from 2015 to present

7. Copy of my 5 year visa exemption ( they give these out to family members and spouses of vietnamese) 

8. Plane Tickets visiting my wife

9. Copy of Call Logs From Whatapp 

10. Copy of messaging from Anygram

11. Letter Explaining Our Realtionship 

 

New Evidence Second Trip And Wedding- Total of 80 days 

1. Wedding Photos 

2. New Photos of us together

3. Plane Itinerary to vietnam 

4. Plane Ticket To vietnam 

5. Religious Documents from my church and we will get a marriage certificate from her church

6. facebook call logs 

7. honeymoon trip 

8. visa exemption stamp showing entry to vietnam

9. wedding invitation

I'm not an expert on your region, but it seems like you both have a strong case. 

 

Is there anything in particular you are worried about? Because I don't see any red flags or major issues from what you've written.

The more evidence, the merrier.

 

They may not ask for it but it's always good to have it in case they do.
