Oh, oh. The 4th Circuit is about to join the 9th in the list of enemies of the so-called president. 

 

The Muslim ban is no-go for the moment, and the Constitution lives to see another day.

A federal appeals court has upheld the nationwide block of President Donald Trump's executive order restricting travel from several predominantly Muslim countries, NBC News reported.

The ruling came from the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Wow! I hope the so-called president gets to read the list of amici cited on the brief. That will give him a sense of the scope of how detached from reality and from the American people he is.
