B1/B2 VSIA REJETED WITH SENCTION 214/B

I apply visa for b1/b2 for my family .I have already usa visa with me.T hey refused to give visa for my wife and 4 kids with section 214/b .I need them with me for exhibition which company is sending me . My wife is house wife and not able to answer there question and provide some documents related to my job and salary. What I will do now .Can I apply again with complete information my salary latter and bank statement.

Do you have a visitor visa yourself you say? You can apply again but the outcome will likely be the same. What ties did she show to your home country?

Thanks for reply.YES I HAVE VISTOR VISA and I already visit one time to usa before 3 year. I have still valid visa  more then one year .we are from Pakistan and staying in KSA since 12 years.She is house wife and don't know much about my job so that is the reason my information was mismatch and counselor ask her to prove anything about my salary and job latter which she don't have. Now I may applying again with full complete documents .

And your wife can't stay home by herself with kids? Obviously the rest of family won't be getting tourist visas any time soon so you either travel on your own to the exhibition or you stay home as well. No third choice.

Your family can apply again, but the results is likely to be the same.

 

The US Embassy denial under 214(b) means they believe your family is trying to illegally immigrate to the US.  They lack strong ties to Pakistan to overcome the presumption that all applicants are intending to immigrate.  It's up to your family to prove otherwise with strong ties.

 

Why does your company need to send your wife and kids to the US?  That's strange.

But in your first post you state that she is a housewife?  And I also agree that having your 4 children as "part of the exhibit" is odd at the very least, if not even illegal. The story simply isn't believable, I can see why they were denied.

Brother I m only going for exhibation.My family wants to come with to enjoy summer vacation there in Orlando.I travel allot Dubai,behrain,turki etc
