Good morning!

I called the NVC and they confirmed that my case was completed on 5/26. :D

So now we just wait for the interview. My consulate supposedly works fast so we'll see.

Good luck everyone! It's a new week and I'm sure there will be more completed cases.

I called National Visa Center this morning. About 23 minute wait time. I asked about my case. The Rep said another 35 days to make11 weeks. The National Visa Center Rep's are sticking to 11 weeks.

If I did my math right I will have a CC on July 03, 2017. 35 day's from today's date May30, 2017. The Rep said; Another 6 weeks. Hope no checklist. Just want a CC soon. A. James.

Hi @Sol1427

Just curious how you already received a CC with a scan date of 5/5/2017.. Did you ask for your file to be expedited?

Congrats again to @benci for your CC.

Good luck with your CC soon. Hope it happens very soon. I hoping no one gets a second scan date because they miss something on the Checklist. I hope I  not miss anything on the Checklist. Just hoping for a CC soon.

@JBMG your scan date is April 26, 2017, correct? My scan date 📅 is April 25, 2017. The Rep at the National Visa Center said; "this morning May 30, 2017, another 6 weeks for me for a CC." Which the Rep said; another 35 days. Frpm today's date 📅 May 30, 2017. " if I did my math correct then I should have a CC July 03, 2017 or the latest July 07, 2017. If I am correct about your scan date you should have a scan date date between July 03, 2017 through July 07, 2017, since you are one day after my scan Date 📅 April 25, 2017. Hope I am right.

:) Looks like they're still sticking with their 11 week turn around time.

Here is a nice tool to calculate dates.

Talk with several Government Workers. They said " 5 days is one week". They say do not count Weekends because they don't work on weekends. So in Government 5 days is one week.

Thanks for tge new tool. Yes still sticking with11 weeks. A. James.
