K1 Pregnant Fiance

We are planning on filing for k1 visa for my fiance in Benin. She is due to give birth in September. Is this the best visa for us to get? Also in the interview should she tell them she is pregnant and should I include evidence of pregnancy when filing the petition? Will it expedite the process?

There is no expedite for pregnancy. If there was, people would be using that all the time to avoid waiting.

 

Hard to tell if that's the best visa for you, you have to decide yourself. You can either file K1 or CR1 spouse visa (if you'd go to your fiancee home country and get married first.)

Obtaining a visa before September is likely not going to happen. Regardless, she could possibly not be allowed to fly in her last few weeks of pregnancy which would mean she would need it before August.
