I contacted USCIS i am on day 63 (RFE response receiced by USCIS)  Spoke to Tier 2 who told me that they are having major delays in Texas center and that they havent made a decision on my case yet. He place a service request and told me that i should hear what is going on with my case by January 10th, 2018.

 

So i will have to continue waiting.

Hi Everyone i would like to ask who has a NVC phone number? I was approved last Nov 21 for both of my parent (May filer)and i didnt hear anything from NVC.  I Would like to call them if they received them. Thanks so much. Happy Holidays to all.

The NVC number is  603-334-0700. You can call after 2 week from the approval date. I just wait and it come on my email and mail.

After the case was approved how many months to estimate before the petitionee receive the letter? Says on my letter I-130 form wait for 30 days but my mom still not receiving anything till now approved date was November 16.

Yes call them. I got approved nov 19. And i finished everything. I paid all the fee and all the documentation are approved and i am waiting for interview date.

You just called them? Omg im still waiting for them to send me a notice. Afyer you call them u can have your case number? And how will u pay everything they will give u the website to pay for the bills? I wasted so much time waiting. I should have called earlier
