Good morning,

Hope everyone is doing great.

I am still waiting on a response from USCIS... they received the RFE response on 10/23/2017 and yet I have not received any answered.  I call USCIS however they stated that they have up to 60 days... so the 60 days is until December 23, 2017.

So I am still waiting!

Thanks,  Esperanza82. Good luck to all of us.

Hi guys! I'm a July filer but I am just wondering if there's anybody here whose case was unfortunately sent to Nebraska service center? If so, are you guys still waiting for an approval? I don't know. I think NSC is currently processing March IR1/CR1s.  I have this wishful thinking that maybe, since I filed for my mom things would be tad faster.

Hi,

Good luck to everyone applying for their parent/parents.

I am doing a concurrent filing for my dad. I filed the following

I-130, I-131, I-485, I-864, I-864A, I-693, I-765

I end up getting an RFE and my whole package was returned to me along with the two checks for I-485, and I-130 due to wrong amount on the check for I-485. I need to send the correct amount, $1225, for I-485. Since they returned the whole package, along with two checks, can I write them 2 new checks even though the amount of the check for I-130 is correct?

Can I send the whole package to the express delivery address or does it has be sent to the PO box address?

thanks

Hi everyone my PD is May 1 and my i-130 got approved for both of my parents last 11/21. It says they will forward it to NVC. Just like to know whats next. When  Can i call the NvC to get the case and invoice number? Or when will i start paying or sending a docs? Thank u so much in advance for the help. Greatly appreciated.

Congratulations,

You can start calling in about 2 -3 weeks to verify if NVC received your case.  If they say yes try to get the invoice and case number.

Sorry for the RFE ... but you must do what exactly they are requesting on the RFE instructions.   Hope everything get resolves ASAP.

Hello my son has filed for me and my husband PD 2nd June Nebraska sc. Its getting very frustrating now. Looking at your profile you are from Philippines and they usually process them faster. Good luck!

I know how frustrating it is. Yes, I am from the Philippines. I am not sure about having benefits from being from there because I know two Filipinos here on visajourney who had to wait for almost a year before getting approved. Let's hang in there. There's a light at the end of the tunnel! :)
