I  sponsored my sister under my family under F4 - sibling category for sister and her children. I am in USA.
PD is Dec 05, 2006. I am watching every months immigration news letter and I found that it is moving one week every month, which is really slow.
My parents has become US citizen and can now apply under F3 category.  and would be the same priority date applied? Or priority date changes to a newer date?
Question is:
If they apply under F3 category for married children and spouse including children, the PD got under F4 can be maintained.
Which category is moving fast F3 or F4?

If v continue under F4, how many years it will take to become PD current.

no, it is a new petition with current priority date

there is no such thing as conversion or transfer, a person can have more than one petition at the same time, so it's not worth it because the wait is over 12 years

what country is she from?

No, the PD would change to the new one, so it's not worth to do. Last month F4 moved forward more than 2 months, so you never know.

Check VB each month, if it'll move like this, you'll get current in 3 years.

Well we do not know your Country but for most there is only a 2 year difference to F4 will come first. Good to have F3 as Insurance.

You can’t transfer the case. Your parents would have to file a new petition for F3 so that would have a 2020 priority date if they file soon.
