It really depends on the exact substance being mailed. There are restrictions on mailing pills internationally, but not an outright ban, depending on how they are viewed under the CSPA and other federal and state laws.

That said, birth control pills almost always require a prescription in the US, so mailing them wouldn't be permitted as that is considered a controlled substance.

I have not tried this but is there any particular reason why you wanted the one from the Philippines? Birth control pills here are effective as the one's we have there and fully covered by insurance.(At least mine are).

Man, I have to read these things more carefully. I read "mailing contraceptive pills" as male contraceptive pills. Thought maybe Philippines was ahead of US in research and development of such pills, for a moment.

Yeah, that would be the easiest way. My primary physician prescribe them so no need to ob too unless of course you prefer that.

If you already have a primary physician you can just send him/her a message or call to ask for it. You can also get an appointment to try and get a prescription. Mine is Junel Fe. :)

You can request for the brand. I just let my doctor choose for me. Depending on the brand, sometimes the insurance doesn't cover all brands.
