OMG I just got a notification on my app, we got our NOA2 just now!! It's nearly midnight and I was actually going to sleep but wanted to check something on my iPad and it popped up. So so happy.

Okay, well Informed Delivery tells me I have the RFE coming this afternoon. I have no clue what extra info they might want. We had an agency in the Philippines review our application and make sure we had everything, but apparently we missed something. But we had stacks and stacks of evidence so maybe we just missed filling out a line in one of the forms. I hope....

 

Anyway, my timeline is:

 

Application Received by USCIS: March 30

NOA1 Date: April 19

RFE Sent: August 18

RFE Received: August 25

 

I'm hoping it's something quick that I can complete and run over to FedEx this afternoon or tomorrow. 

 

By the way, it's my fiance's birthday next week, so we're praying the NOA2 is her birthday present.

It sure was! Last night I just had a moment of 'ok this is getting ridiculous now I'm gonna tell him to call tomorrow' and sure enough, the universe agreed that my wait should be over! ^_^

Thank you! The mail took 6 days in total. Crazy. Yes, NVC next. I think I'll have a rest for a week before I call. 

Yes 1 week less to stress ours maybe 10 days more before  we call but come to think of it my love has been more stressed talking and thinking on what to do next lol.  Not that we don't have everything yet. I only have CFO to attend to and that is already scheduled. So as to the medical and interview left to be done. Good luck to us on our next step! 😊

Firstly, Congratulations on receiving your NOA2, you must be buzzing!

 

I have been lurking around this forum for ages, but can see that your from the U.K, and also received your NOA1 on April 13th, so feel it's time to pipe up! Out of curiosity, are you able to say what the last few digits of your receipt were? This wait is really becoming tedious now, and I would love to have a little glimmer of hope!
