I'm more of a lurker than a poster, but....   Receive Date: 4/5/17 NOA1 Approval: 4/10/17 NOA2 Approval: 8/7/17   Just got it in the mail yesterday!

OMG I just got a notification on my app, we got our NOA2 just now!! It's nearly midnight and I was actually going to sleep but wanted to check something on my iPad and it popped up. So so happy.

More to do with Philippines ruling the roost on K1 petitions, too much volume on background checks I bet, which I bet allows others to jump ahead in line.

But two of the first Approvals for April, @asaeljethro and the other girl that had sent the withdrawal (sorry, I don't exactly remember the user name) were both from Philippines... Hoping it doesn't have to do with the country.

It's hard when I can't even help myself..Keith and Monica we're at least able to catch up knowing that they will receive an RFE when they called USCIS around 133 days above..I feel like USCIS hates me..anyway I used to be wallflower way back childhood HS proms so who knows..lol

Are you sure? According to everything I've seen, k-1 is nonimmigrant.

K1 is non immigrant with immigrant intent, but they are processed by the Immigrant Visa Unit at the Embassy. So I guess it's considered immigrant at that stage.

Correct, I compressed to save space lol. Once married it changes status unlike a tourist, student, H1 or diplomatic etc

So this morning I called the USCIS and I asked the first customer rep to transfer me to tier 2 and to my surprise the tier 2 rep said sir your petition was approved yesterday and I was filled with joy so I will advice those who are in the 135 day range to call uscis and try to talk with tier 2..Good luck to all who are waiting on NOA2..

When the tracker was working for the day a week or so ago at least 6 of the 12 or so approvals that set off the app notification were approvals for Philippines cases. Most were from March but they were definitely getting some love.

Hi guys! Me and my fiancé tried to call USCIS to ask an update about our case they said they're still working on with February filers..it's so stressful and frustrating as well..our case is 139 days active already..NOA1 is April 6 still nothing 😩😩😩
