I129F April 2017 filers

Yep, everyone's, because it's just an average estimated thing. It has to do with things getting slow for 4th of July and USCIS playing catch-up with older cases, as it proves their official processing times moved to 15th February and there have been approvals for that month

This is one of those cases where I don't like to be right about how the timeline would move further again

Then, in a positive note. Someone from 22 March received date got approved on 7/7 (Lucky Sevens for them), but just got the hardcopy in the mailbox on Saturday (7/15). So just because we don't see movement, it doesn't mean there's none.

Let's try to enjoy the week while waiting. It's closer, and it's coming.

So did ours by about a week. If you checked the processing Times tab you'll see that they move the date back to March 30th

If I do recall, same thing happened during the first week of May, there was no movement according to the scans people did, but little by little, people received their NOA2s by mail even though the scans showed no movement, which is what happened with that person that got approved on 7/7.

Hi Guys!  April filer also here, my NOA1 date is April 06, 2017, hoping that we'll our  get NOA2 soon!  Good luck to all of us!

I saw a filer from March 2016 commenting last week that they had experienced the exact same thing in this time frame last year during their wait. Everything ground to a halt around the first of July. They said once it started moving again it went pretty quick.

Hey everyone, I stumbled acrossed this site and thought it was great and joined up.

 

I got my NOA1 on April 7th.  It looks like we should be hearing something soon.  My estimations are from 20th-27th of July.

Ooooh, finally another Spanish beneficiary! (Well, I know you are the petitioner, but still)

Also we almost have the same timeline, except it's April 6th received date for us and April 11th NOA1 notice date.

Yeah my girl is from Spain, she is in Sevilla currently and we are looking forward to her getting here in a few months if possible.  She just left the US yesterday.  She was here visiting for 2 weeks.  It was sad to see her go but i know it wont be too long until we see each other again soon.

I'm from Asturias, which is in the very North of Spain, so opposite side of the country

Letting you know I just started following your timeline, because I'm expecting you to go a bit ahead of me for the Embassy stage, though who knows with USCIS.

Good to have someone else from the same country for reference, and just know it works both ways, if I can help somehow

Sure follow, that's cool.  I'm stressing that I didn't supply enough evidence haha.  I just used the normal section for how we met and supplied a lot of photos of us together when i was in Spain.  I will update my timeline as soon as i hear something.  I noticed I'm a few days before your date but who knows how they process this stuff.

Just out of curiosity, randomly bringing this up.

 

How many photos did you guys supply in the I-129F with you and your fiance together?

If I remember correctly, I think I supplied 10... I remember doing research prior to sending in the application and found that 6-8 was sufficient enough.

Kinda having doubts now that I should have sent more.

I think it was 13 for us total, for 4 different meetings (2+3+4+4)

You should be fine, since it's secondary proof, according to them.

I'm from London and my partner from Boston, I'm awaiting like you all, my NOA-2 (fingers crossed). I received my NOA-1 on 24/Apr.
