I have a questions -  in appropriately how many days after the case approval will we receive notice from NVC. from reading a lot of posting here in this group, it looks like there are some delays as well. :/

 

Still keeping an optimistic attitude since the NVC page gives a more specific time frame.

It takes approximately a week, maybe a little longer for the NVC to receive your case. I don't think they send them every day. I would recommend calling after a week. Once they receive it, it may take a few days for a case number and invoice number to be assigned. Keep calling until they give you them over the phone. If you wait until they notify you, you'll be waiting much longer.

omg i am so relieved after 10 long days and night of stressing myself out finally my aos fees are showing PAID .... thank you god!!! the iv fee still says processing  but at least there is a light ..... in this tunnel now what????

 i am in a state of EUPHORIA (happy) both fees are now saying paid on the site ..... i cant wait  i know its still a long road but there is light huston lol

hey thank i did all those already i have a lawter so we did the ds and collected all the required docs i beleive he sent it in already so will know for sure tomorrow thks

Call again until you get someone nice To review it. The review of your ds 261 starts the IV fee unlock which will occur one week later. Otherwise your file can sit on someone's desk until they feel like they have time to review it.
